EFP9800 ESC/POS Commands

Set Line Spacing

Sets the line spacing to n x (fundamental calculation pitch). The default value is n = 24. The command is only available for the paper selected using the Select Paper for Setting Line Spacing command (1B 63 31). See the Set Fundamental Calculation Pitch command (1D 50).

Standard Mode

The vertical direction of the fundamental calculation pitch is used to set the line spacing.

Page Mode

Two types of fundamental calculation pitch are used to set the line spacing, depending on the value of the Select Print Direction in Page Mode command (1B 54 n). For more information see “ Page Mode” later in this section.

If 1B 54 n = 0 or 2, the vertical direction of the fundamental calculation pitch is used.

If 1B 54 n = 1 or 3, the horizontal direction of the fundamental calculation pitch is used.

Return Home

Returns the printhead to the standby position.
