Dialing Methods

There are several methods which can be used to enter a fax number or a group of fax number. The following table identifies and explains all the dialing methods available.

DIALING METHOD	INSTRUCTIONS
Keypad Dialing	! Load the originals and select the [Fax] key.
" Use when entering the remote fax	! Use the Numeric Keypad to enter the telephone number of the

Speed Dialing	! Load the originals and select the [Fax] key.

	! If the original is loaded on the Document Glass, the display
	asks if you want to send another page. Select [Yes] to add more
	originals, or [No] to begin transmission. Press [Enter].
	The fax number stored in the speed dial location will be dialed
	automatically and the fax is sent.
Group Dialing	! Load the originals and select the [Fax] key.
" Use to access a group of numbers	! Program the features required for the job.

	The original is scanned into memory.
	! If the original is loaded on the Document Glass, the display

	The machine automatically sends the fax to each of the
	numbers in the Group.
