	Your fax machine automatically reduces the vertical
English	length of the page images it receives to fit on the
English	document created originally on legal-size paper, your
	paper loaded in your fax machine (down to 75% of
	the original length). For example, if you are sent a

3Insert the paper into the paper tray, print side down.

Caution: Be sure to grasp the paper tightly to avoid slipping of the uppermost sheet of paper.

Setting the Clock

Follow these instructions to set the time and date on your fax machine.

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 9/User Program One Touch key.

3On the numeric keypad, press 3. The display will show 3:CLOCK ADJUSTMENT.

4Press the Yes ◀ key. The display will show the currently set date and time.

5Using the numeric keypad, enter the new date and time.

6Press the Yes ◀ key to confirm your entry.

7Press the Select Function key to finish.
