back to Step 4. If you are finished programming, press the Select Function key.

Programming Groups

Once you have programmed some One Touch keys or Auto Dial numbers, you can program groups to allow you to send the same fax to multiple locations. You can program up to 5 groups into your fax machine.

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 8/Location Program One Touch key. The display will show LOCATION PROGRAMMING.

3On the numeric keypad, press the # key. The dis- play will show GROUP SETTING.

4Using the numeric keypad, enter the group number (1-5) you want to program.

5The display will show the number of your current group and SELECT LOC.(S). You can now add a location to your group (or delete a location from it). Refer to the instructions below.

Search for a location

Press the Search key continuously until

6After you have completed your selection (by press- ing Yes or No ), the display will show SELECT LOC. again. Continue to add or delete locations from your group. Each group can contain up to a maximum of all of the One Touch and Auto Dial locations available on your fax machine.

7When you are finished programming your group, press the No key. The display will show

LOCATION PROGRAMMING.

8To program another group, go back to Step 3.

If you are finished, press the Select Function key.
