Registering your name and number

Youshould now register the time, date, and your name and fax number, which will appear at the top of

everypage you send.

Moving through the main menus

Thefax includes a menu system that you use to register information and select fax and telephone

operations.The main menu includes these items:

Ingeneral, follow these steps to access the menus and make selections:

1Press[Function].

Waita second for TEL REGISTRATION to

appear.

2Press[ ]or[ ]toscroll through the menus

untilyou see the menu you wish to access. The

LCDdisplays the menu title.

3Press[Start/Copy]. The LCD displays the ﬁrst

selectionfor the selected menu.

4Youcan now make a selection:

Pressthe arrow buttons to view the possible selections.
