jIdentifying your documents

Whensending a document, you can have your fax number and your name (known as your ID), and the
currentdate and time printed out by the receiving fax. This information is called your TTI (Transmit
TerminalIdentification) and appears at the top of the faxed document in small type.
Byidentifying the documents you send, the receiving party will recognise your fax messages at a glance.
Theillustration below shows a sample document with the identifying information.
Thetop line includes the name of the receiving party if you send the document using One-touch Speed
Diallingor Coded Speed Dialling and you registered the party’s name. It also includes the total number
ofpages sent if you send the document from memory.
