Selecting the right kind of paper

Thequality of the paper you use affects the print quality of the fax. Using paper that meets the
followingspecifications will ensure the best possible printing results.
Quality Useplain bond, typewriter quality without curls, folds, or rough edges.

Note
Testthe plain bond paper you intend to use first to make sure printing results are satisfactory.
Donot use punched or coloured paper.
Donot use glossy paper.
Inkdrying time will vary depending on the type of paper.
Usingpaper other than the above may cause jamming and/or blurred printing.
jSetting the paper size
Thepaper size setting determines the size of the recording paper in the paper tray. The factory setting is
A4size. If you want to use a paper size other than A4, you must change the PAPER SIZE setting. See
FAXPRINTER, p. 88.

to10 mm thick). Tap the edge of the
