Name Description Settings

SETDATE Setthe date using the numeric buttons.

SETTIME Set the time (24-hour clock) using the numeric buttons.

ENTERYOUR TEL Enteryour fax number using the numeric buttons.

USERNAME This is the name that appears at the top of each fax page

yousend. See Entering a name, p. 30.

TTIOPTION SET Thisoption sets the parametres for the identiﬁcation

headerthat appears on every page you send.

TXTERMINAL ID Enable/disablethe TTI.

ON/OFF

TTIPOSITION Selectthe position of the TTI.

OUTSIDEIMAGE: Position the TTI outside the image area.

INSIDEIMAGE: Position the TTI inside the image area.

OUTSIDEIMAGE/INSIDE IMAGE

TTIMARKER Select the icon for the fax number.

FAX:Sets the fax icon.

TEL:Sets the telephone icon.

FAX/TEL

DENSITYCONTROL Setthedensity of the reproduction. Set to DARKER for

lightoriginals and LIGHTER for dark originals.

STANDARD/DARKER/LIGHTER

OFFHOOKALARM Enable/disabletheoff hook alarm. The alarm alerts you that

thetelephone is off hook.

ON/OFF

VOLUMECONTROL Setthe audio level of the line monitor,calling signal and

alarm.

PHONEVOL LEVEL Setthe volume of the line monitor (sound during off hook

anddialling conditions).

VOLMIN/VOL MID/VOL MAX

CALLINGVOLUME Set the volume of the ring produced when the fax detects a

voicecall during FAX/TEL switchover.

VOLMIN/VOL MID/VOL MAX

ALARMVOLUME Setthe volume of the error alarm sound.

KEYPADVOLUME Setthe volume of the keypad.
