ERROR CODES, MESSAGES AND SOLUTIONS

DOC. TOO LONG	#003	It took more than 32
		minutes to send or copy a
		document.

It took more than 32 minutes to receive a document.

The document is longer than 1 m.

Divide the document and send or copy each part separately.

Contact the other party. Have them divide the document and send each part separately.

Use a copy machine to make a reduced copy of the document and send the copy.

HANG UP PHONE	-	The handset is off hook.	Place the handset properly
			into its cradle.

MEMORY FULL	#037	The memory of the fax is full	Print out any documents that
		because it has received too	are stored in memory. Then
		many documents.	start the operation again.
