Whenyour fax sends a document, the following messages are displayed as the call progresses.

Thefax is dialling the recipient’s phone number.

Therecipient’s phone is ringing.

Thedisplay tells you when transmission begins.

Aftera few moments the display begins changing every 2 seconds.

Afterthe document is sent, the fax beeps once and the display tells you when the transmission has

ended.
