Obtaining the version number of the printer driver
If you are using Windows
1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Printers.

4. Click the About button.
5. Read and jot down the version number.
If you are using Macintosh

5. From the File menu, select Get Info, then select General Information from the flyout.
6. Read and jot down the Version number of the printer driver.
