Cannot start the print job
The printer does not respond when the print job is executed from the computer.

Check the printer status and its cable connections
Make sure the printer is ready for printing and that the cable is
connected correctly.
Interface cable could be defective. Replace it with a new interface cable and resume printing.
Make sure that the interface cable is connected properly.
Make sure that the power outlet is usable by connecting another electrical appliance to it and switching it on.
If your system contains a printer switching device, a USB hub or an external buffer, remove these devices and try connecting the printer directly to the computer.
*If the printer operates normally without the switching device, the USB hub or the external buffer, call for service.
Make sure that the power cable is properly plugged into the power outlet.
