Module Slot Restrictions

Prior to installing a module in a CSS, see Table 1-3and Table 1-4for information on chassis slot restrictions in the CSS 11503 and CSS 11506. I/O modules include the Fast Ethernet Module (FEM), Gigabit Ethernet Module (GEM), Session Accelerator Module (SAM), and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) module.
