The setup menu will show the "Track Exchange?" mode as for the factory default setting or just after you have formatted the internal hard disk drive. However, except for these, the setup menu will show the last mode you chose.

3.Turn the JOG dial and choose the mode you want.

If you rotate the JOG dial either clockwise or counter clockwise, the modes appear one after the other. Some modes also show their current settings.

When you turn the JOG dial, SETUP menus will be displayed in the following order.

As you change the menu, the position indicators in the FL tube display will also start flashing and moving on one after another.

The position of the SETUP menu that you choose will start flashing on the level meters. Each SETUP menu has a dedicated position in the FL tube display.

When you change the menu with the JOG dial, the position indicators start flashing one after another. Use this feature as a reference to choose the SETUP menus.

This feature also shows these four menus; "Ref.TC?", "8345 Clock", "Word Out" and "Sync Preset". However, since these menus will only work when the optional accessory Model 8345 is installed, there is no explanation of these functions in manual.
