Printhead Cleaner Errors (First Digit = A, B or *)

When replacing Printhead Cleaners:

νEnsure that you have the correct Printhead Cleaner.

νEnsure that the Printhead Cleaner is the correct color for that slot.

νEnsure that the Printhead Cleaner is the correct orientation.

If all 6 Printhead Cleaners present the same error message, check the following:

νAll Printhead Cleaners installed are NOT wrong type i.e. wrong model, unapproved etc.

νReplace Printhead Cleaners when Printheads are replaced.

The message status for Printhead Cleaners will not change until the door is closed; there is no sensor detecting removal and insertion.
