Side access panel
NOTE: Read Warnings and cautions on page 59 before servicing this component.
Before accessing the internal components of the workstation, you must remove the side access panel.
This section describes how to remove and install the side access panel.
Removing the side access panel
To remove the side access panel:
WARNING! Before removing the workstation side access panel, be sure that the workstation is powered off and that the power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet.
1.Disconnect power from the workstation (see Predisassembly procedures on page 66).
2.Remove locks that are present such as a cable lock.
3.Pull up on the handle 
, slide the cover 
as shown in the following figure.

Installing the side access panel
To install the side access panel:
1.Align the bottom groove of the side panel with the bottom edge of the chassis.
2.Rotate the side panel toward the chassis, slide the panel forward to engage the fingers on the top cover as well as the latch, then press firmly until the latch engages.
