Chapter 5. Nortel Networks L2/3 GbESM management and administration

In this chapter, we discuss tools, techniques, and applications that help with the management and deployment of the Nortel GbESM in an IBM Eserver BladeCenter. We also discuss the

management paths and rules for connecting to and accessing the Nortel GbESM.

Note: As noted elsewhere in this document, the information herein applies to the 6-port Nortel Networks Layer 2/3 Copper and Fiber GbE Switch Modules for IBM Eserver

BladeCenter.
