2 à 5 mL (12 à 1 c. à thé) de sauce adobo

80mL (13 de tasse) de mayonnaise

30mL (2 c. à soupe) de vinaigrette au miel et à la moutarde préparée

12 branche de céleri, coupée en morceaux de 2,5 cm (1 po)

475mL (2 tasses) de jambon cuit coupé en dés

Placer la lame polyvalente dans le bol à préparation. Pendant que le robot tourne, ajouter l’oignon et le chipotle par la petite goulotte. Faire tourner le robot pour hacher jusqu’à ce que les ingrédients soient hachés, environ 5 secondes. Racler les parois du bol. Ajouter la sauce adobo, la mayonnaise, la vinaigrette et le céleri.
