La garantie d’un an à compter de la date d’achat offerte par KitchenAid Canada couvre les pièces de rechange et les frais de main-d’œuvre nécessaires pour corriger les vices de matériaux et de fabrication. Le service doit être assuré par un Centre de service KitchenAid autorisé.

Il suffit d’apporter le robot culinaire à un Centre de service KitchenAid Canada autorisé ou de le faire parvenir par la poste (envoi prépayé et assuré). Une fois réparé, le robot culinaire sera retourné sans frais à son propriétaire.
