5.On peut retirer la lame polyvalente du bol à préparation avant de vider son contenu. La lame peut aussi être maintenue en place pendant que l’on vide le contenu du bol. Pour ce faire, il suffit de saisir le bol par dessous en mettant un doigt dans l’ouverture du centre pour maintenir la lame en place, puis de vider le bol et de nettoyer la lame à l’aide d’une spatule.
