Placer la lame polyvalente dans le bol à préparation. Ajouter le beurre, le shortening, le sucre granulé et la cassonade. Faire tourner le robot jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit crémeux, environ 20 secondes. Ajouter les œufs, la vanille, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel. Faire tourner le robot pour bien mélanger, environ 10 secondes. Ajouter la farine; saupoudrer uniformément le chocolat blanc et le chocolat au lait sur la farine.
