455g (1 lb) de tomatilles fraîches, pelées

12 poivron rouge, épépiné et coupé en morceaux de 3,75 cm (112 po)

1petit oignon, coupé en quatre

15mL (1 c. à soupe) d’huile d’olive ou d’huile végétale olive or vegetable oil

15mL (1 c. à soupe) de jus de lime frais

5mL (1 c. à thé) de sucre

2 mL (12 c. à thé) de sel

Placer les piments jaunes et le piment Serrano, l’ail, les tomatilles, le poivron et l’oignon dans un moule de 38 x 25 x 5 cm (15 x 10 x 2 po). Napper d’un filet d’huile; remuer pour bien enrober. Sur la grille supérieure, faire cuire à 232 °C (450 °F) pendant 20

à25 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que la peau des tomatilles cloque et que l’ail soit tendre, en remuant une ou deux fois. Laisser refroidir légèrement.

Placer la lame polyvalente dans le bol à préparation. Ajouter le mélange de légumes et son jus, le jus de lime, le sucre et le sel.
