– Event logs for RAID controllers and service processors

The diagnostics programs create a merged log that includes events from all collected logs. The information is collected into a file that you can send to the Lenovo technical support team to help diagnose a problem. Additionally, you can view the information locally through a generated text report file. You can also copy the log to a removable medium and view the HTML log from a Web browser.

vEasyStartup DVD

The ThinkServer EasyStartup program guides you through the configuration of RAID controllers and the installation of the operating system and device drivers. See “Using the EasyStartup DVD” on page 209 for details.

vEasyManage DVD

The ThinkServer EasyManage program helps you manage and administer your servers through remote problem notification as well as monitoring and alerting.
