TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR

INPUT CONTACTOR TEST

WARNING

Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel. TEST DESCRIPTION

This test will determine if the input contactor is receiving the correct coil voltage and if the con- tacts are functioning correctly.

MATERIALS NEEDED

Volt/Ohmmeter (Multimeter) 5/16" Nut driver External 120 VAC supply

Input Contactor (CR1) Simplified Control Circuit, Figure F.6

Square Wave TIG Wiring Diagram (located in the Electrical Diagrams section of this manual)
