—Group Extension — this is the telephone number guests and employees use to access their messages; you will have one num- ber for guest access and one number for employee access

—Group Type — enter ucd

—COR — enter a COR number

—Queue Length — enter the total number of voice ports

■On Page 2 of this form, add information in the following fields:

—Message Center — enter audix

—LWC Reception — enter audix

■On Page 3 of this form, add each voice port extension and name. You must specify the maximum number of hunt group members and the range of numbers.
