Attendant Split Swap

The Attendant Split Swap feature allows the attendant to alternate between active and split calls. This operation may be useful when the attendant may need to transfer a call, but first must talk with each party before completing the transfer. This operation is done using the new Split Swap button.

Administration

change attendant X (X is the console number; usually 1)

On Page 2 of this form, add the split-swapfeature button.

Required Hardware

There is no special hardware required for this feature.
