Using the Personal Code to Access the System
Once you set one or more personal codes on the system, you must enter one of these personal codes before the system can finish booting up.
After the system has been turned on, but before it boots, the Personal Code Security LED lights. Enter the personal code and press the Enter button.
When a valid personal code is entered, the LED goes out and the system finishes booting up.
An alarm sounds for one minute if there are three unsuccessful attempts at entering the personal code. It is still possible to enter the correct personal code while the alarm is sounding, but after the alarm stops, the system goes into a Suspend state.

To install the NEC Info Center simply follow the instructions, presented earlier in this chapter, for launching the Application and Driver CD and installing the software.
