Ending a call

Ending a call using the release button

To end a call:

1.Click the icon of the call in the Calls box.

Note: If there is only one call in the Calls box, you do not need to select the call.

2.In the Calls box, click .

Ending a call using the window

To end a call:

1. Right-click the icon of the call in the Calls box and then click Release.

Ending a call using the task tray or Calls menu

To end a call:

1.Click the Enterprise Edge Personal Call Manager task tray icon or the Calls menu, point to the call you want to disconnect and then click Release.

Ending a call using the keyboard

To end a call using the keyboard, the Enterprise Edge Personal Call Manager window must be visible.

To end a call:

1.Click the icon of the call in the Calls box.

2.Press the Delete key on your PC keyboard.

Note: When you use the keyboard to end a call, make sure you click the icon in the Calls box before you press the Delete key. If you do not and a contact in the Address Book is highlighted, the contact is deleted. To retrieve a contact that is accidentally deleted, click the Edit menu and then click Undo.
