Specifying contacts from your personal address book
To specify a contact from your personal address book as a condition, perform the following steps.
1Click the From THESE PEOPLE link. A new window appears.
2In the Search for field, enter a search criteria to select a contact (or contacts) from your personal address book.
3Click Search.
4In the Select column, select a contact (or contacts).
OR
Click Select all to select all contacts to include in the condition.
5Click OK to accept the selected contacts.
OR
Click Cancel to quit this window.
6To edit the condition, click the link in the Route details window.
7Continue to specify conditions.
OR
Click Next to go to the next step.
Specifying users from the global address book
To specify a users from the global address book as a condition, perform the following steps.
1Click the THESE PEOPLE link.
2In the Search for field, enter a search criteria to select users from the global address book.
3Click Search.
4Select a user (or group of users) from the Select column.
Click Select all to select all users from the global address book.
5Click OK to accept the selected users.
