CONSOLE MODE has been set to RESTRICTED1.

Exec commands:
disable | Turn off privileged commands. |
enable | Turn on privileged commands. |
exit | Exit the Telnet session. |
reload | Stop and perform a cold restart. |
These examples show the default console mode setting, and how setting the console mode to restricted forces the user back to Privileged Exec mode and limits the available CLI commands.
