Defining users

Step Action

1Select a user from the list in the Users folder.

2Right-click the user, and select Properties.

3The Properties window opens as depicted in Figure 31 "User properties" (page 114).

4Enter the user’s information (first name, last name, telephone number, and so on) in the appropriate fields in the General tab.

5Select the Communications tab.
