4Choose Enable Remote call control to enable clients control of the PBX phone or Enable Enterprise Voice and click the Enable PBX integration box to enable both Remote Call Control and Enterprise Voice.

RCC and PBX integration on OC client

After phone integration options are enabled for a user on the server, they are enabled on the OC client.

Step Action

1Go to the Office Communicator menu.

2Choose Tools and then select Options.

3Go to the Phones tab.

4Click Enable integration with your phone system box to integrate Communicator to control your desktop phone. See Figure 61 "Enable integration with your phone system" (page 173).

5Click on the Advanced button and select Automatic configuration. Click OK.
