For the 3810Plus and 3820Plus standalone modems the Universal Service Order Code (USOC) for Permissive mode is RJ11C. The Canadian equivalent to the USOC is CA11. For the 3811Plus carrier-mounted modem the USOC for Permissive mode is RJ21X. The Canadian equivalent to the USOC is CA21A.
