The COMSPHERE high-speed modem is available in several models.

The 3820Plus, a 2-wire standalone unit capable of operation on 2-wire dial or 2-wire leased lines.

The 3811Plus, a 4-wire/2-wire carrier-mounted modem for installation into a COMSPHERE 3000 Series Carrier; it is capable of operation on dial, or 4-wire leased or 2-wire leased lines.
