Important: Before making or changing any rear panel connections, make sure that all the components are switched off and unplugged from the power supply.

The CD receiver is the central component of the system: everything else connects to it. The diagram above shows the tape deck connected to the CD receiver, without the optional MD recorder or CD recorder. (If you bought either/both of these, see their respective instruction manuals for details of connecting them to the rest of the system.)

1Connect the display cord between the CD receiver and display unit, taking care to connect the L-shaped connector to the display unit.

2If you also have the tape deck:

Connect it up to the CD receiver using the ribbon cord attached to the rear of the tape deck. (See Ribbon cords, on the following page, for important information on connecting/ disconnecting these.)

Important : Avant de faire ou de changer des liaisons sur le panneau arrière, assurez-vous que tous les éléments de la chaîne sont éteints et débranchés de la source d’alimentation.

L’ampli-tuner CD est l’élément principal de la chaîne : tous les autres éléments lui sont raccordés. 1Raccordez le câble de l’afficheur à l’ampli-tuner CD et à l’afficheur, en prenant soin de brancher la fiche coudée à l’afficheur.

2Si vous avez aussi la platine ˆ cassette:

Raccordez-la à l’ampli-tuner CD à l’aide du câble ruban rattaché à l’arrière de la platine à cassette. (Voir Câble ruban, à la page suivante, pour d’importantes informations sur le branchement/débranchement de celui-ci).
