User Tools (System Settings)

G Press the highlighted group key.

The user is deleted.

H Press the [OK] key.

Displaying an E-mail

Destination

You can confirm the user (destina- tion) of each group.

5A Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.

B Press the [System Settings] key.

C Press the [Key Operator Tools] key.

D Press the [Address book: Pro- gram/Change/Delete Group] key.

E Select a group where the data you want to confirm is registered.

F Press the [Programed Users] key.

All the user names (e-mail destina- tions) are displayed.

G Press the [OK] key.

Deleting a Group

A Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.

B Press the [System Settings] key.

C Press the [Key Operator Tools] key.

D Press the [Address Book: Pro- gram/Change/Delete Group] key.

E Press the [Delete] key.

F Press the group key you want to delete.

G Press the [Yes] key.
