After transmission, press the Copy key once (with no documents loaded) to see a report confirming your transmission on the display.

To print the report, press the Copy key a second time.

How to Interpret

Refer to “What information does it provide?” for this report.

For information on Communication Codes and Results Codes, refer to the “Codes Used in Reports” section of this handbook.

For Service Codes, refer to your Authorized OKIFAX Dealer. Your dealer will work with you to interpret the service codes (if any) that appear on this report.

Phone Directory

What is it?

This report provides a complete listing of all of the telephone numbers programmed into your fax machine’s One Touch keys, Auto Dial codes and groups.

What information does it provide?

•The Location ID and main fax number for each One Touch key and Auto Dial code.

•The alternate number for each One Touch key.

•The One Touch Parameter settings for each One Touch key.

•A listing of all of the One Touch keys and Auto Dial codes included in each group.

How to Print

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 6/Report Print One Touch key. The display shows 1:ACTIVITY REPORT.

3Using the numeric keypad, press 3.

The display shows 3:PHONE DIRECTORY or

Press the No ♣ key repeatedly until the report you want to print appears on the display.

4Press the Yes ◀ key. The report prints.
