Refer to Steps 1 through 6, above.

To delete a previously added One Touch location,

•Press the One Touch key.

•Press No ♣ to delete it from the group.

To delete a previously added Auto Dial location,

•Press the Auto Dial key.

•Enter the 2-digit location Auto Dial number.

•Press No ♣ to delete it from the group.

7After you have completed your selection by pressing Yes ◀ or No ♣, the display shows

SELECT LOC.

Continue to add or delete locations from your group.

8When you are finished programming your group, press the No ♣ key.

The display shows

LOCATION PROGRAMMING.

9To program another group, go back to Step 3. If you are finished, press the Select Function key.

Sending to a Group

!These instructions assume that you have the default setting for User Function 18 (FEEDER) engaged. If you

have the MEMORY setting engaged, skip step 4.

1Load your document(s).

2Press the Select Function key.

3Press the 2/BROADCAST ↔ FEEEDER TX One Touch key.

The display shows FEEDER TX.

4Press No ♣.

5Press the # key, then the two-digit number (01-20) for the group.

6Press No ♣ twice.

7Press the Start key.

The fax unit scans the document(s) into memory and begins transmitting the message.
