Deleting Entries

This feature allows you to delete a group of data stored in the machine such as ID codes or Quick Dials at once. It is a handy tool when you are moving to an office in another location or disposing of the machine. The types of data that you can delete by using this function are listed in the table below.

If any part of the data cannot be deleted because it is specified to be transmit- ted with files stored in memory, the message "Some entries are also pro- grammed in other lists. They could not be deleted." appears and the list of data is printed.
