Maintaining Your Machine

D Replace the feed unit to its original position by first pushing the far end, and then pushing the near end into their places.

E Close the ADF cover, making sure that it clicks firmly into place.F While pushing the release lever, open the ADF unit.

G Wipe the exposure glass, the white strip under the exposure glass cover, and the six rollers.

Use a dry, soft cloth. If it is very dirty, wipe with a soft cloth that has been dampened with water and wrung out, then wipe the surface with a dry cloth.
