Causes the MS to return the service provider name stored in the SIM card (<spi> parameter). The text will consist of a maximum of 16 bytes containing the service provider name stored in the EFSPN file in the SIM card (see GSM 11.11). ERROR is returned if the field is not present on the SIM.
