Sets the Advice of Charge related accumulated call meter maximum value in
SIM file EFACMmax. ACMmax contains the maximum number of home units allowed to be consumed by the subscriber. When ACM (refer +CACM) reaches
ACMmax calls are prohibited. SIM PIN2 is usually required to set the value. If setting fails in an ME error, +CME ERROR: <err> is returned.
Read command returns the current value of ACMmax.
