Dial the phone number ATD>ME<I>[;] stored in the mobile
phone which is located by the index <I>
Dial the phone number ATD>SM<I>[;] stored in the SIM card
which is located by the index <I>
Dial the phone number ATD>LD<I>[;] stored in the Last dialled
number list on the SIM card, which is located by the index <I>
The most recently dialled number is assumed to have <I>="1"

Used to initiate a phone connection, which may be data or voice (phone number terminated by semicolon). The phone number used to establish the connection will consist of digits and modifiers, or a stored number specification.
If the dial string is followed by a semicolon this informs the phone that the number is a voice rather than a data number.
