Youcan use up to 3-plypaperwhenthis switchis ON. If you wantto print on 4-ply or 5-ply paper, set this switchto the OFF position.

Whenthisswitchis OFFtic printerignoresthepaper-outdetectorandprints down to (and beyond)the bottomedge. Otherwiseleave it ON.

Switch B-3: Do you want to advancepaper automaticallyat the cnd of printing?

You can selectthe Tear Off functionwith this switchOFF.

Whenusingfanfoldpaper,the Tear Off functionallowsyou to tear off onc sheetof paper withoutfully advancingthe followingsheet.

Switch B-4: This switch is used for technicalpurpose only. Leave this switch ON.

Switch B-5: Which iype of printing area do you want to use for single sheets?

This printercan use two typesof printingarea formatfor singlesheets.

ByputtingtheswitchON(“TypeA“),thetopof thefirstlineof printingwill start 1/6inchf~omthetopofthepaper,andtheprinicdareawillend 1/6inch

from tic bottomof the paper.

By puttingthe switchOFF (“TypeB“), the firstline of printingwill startat oneinchfromthe top of thepaper,and thepnntcd areawillcnd 6 mm from the bottomof the printer.
