Forward micro-feed

For tine alignment,youcan feedthepaperforwardin verysmallincrements as follows:

1.Press the ( ONLINE ) buttonto set the pnntcr off-line.

2.Press the ( ON LINE ) buttonagain and hold it down.

3.Whileholdingthe ( ON LINE ] buttondown,pressthe (PAPERFEED> button.The paper will start advancingin a scnes of small steps. When you want to stop, releaseboth buttons.

Reverse micro-feed

Youcan also feed the paper in small incrementsin reverse,to rctum to a higherpositionon the same page.

NOTE: Withfanfoldforms,do nottry to rctumto a previouspage.Theper- forationmay catch insidethe printerand cause a jam.

Changing the auto loading value

Normally,the printer automaticallyloads the paper one line from the top edge.

If you want to changethis value,followthis procedure:

1.Load the paperusing the ( ‘;’$A’vikc’) button.

2.Changethe print positionusing the micro feed function.

The line on lhccard holderhelpsyouto alignthe baselineof characters to be printed.

3.Afteryougctthe desiredposition,pressthe[ ONLINE )button to save the value.
