PRINTER CONTROL COMMANDS
The printer has two emulation modes: Standard mode and IBM mode.
In standard mode, the printer emulates the functions of the Epson
In IBM mode, the printer emulates the IBM Proprinter III. Additional command codes are included as a superset of these emulations.
The emulation is changed by means of EDS switch
This chapter describes the printer’s control commands. Some commands are common to both the standard and IBM modes. In the descriptions of the com- mands, all commands will be categorized by function. The name of each command is followed by a table like the one below:
