Use the spanning-tree mst instance vlan command to map vlans to instances.

spanning-tree mst instance<instance-id>vlan<vlan-range>

SYNTAX DESCRIPTION:	<instance>	Integer ranges from 1 to 64
	<vlan-range>	Integer ranges from 0 to 4096
DEFAULT VALUE:
