Use the telnet-server inactivity-timer command to specify an inactivity timeout value for telnet server.

telnet-server inactivity-timer <min>

SYNTAX DESCRIPTION:	1 - 60 minutes
DEFAULT VALUE:	The default value is 5 minutes
COMMAND MODES:	Global configuration
REFERENCE:	None
MENU:	Basic Switch Configuration Menu->User Interface->Set Telnet UI Time
