Use the spanning-tree mst port priority command to configure CIST Port Priority.

spanning-tree mst port-priority <priority>

SYNTAX DESCRIPTION: <priority> Valid priority values are 0, 16, 32, 48, 64, 80, 96, 112, 128, 144, 160, 176, 192, 208, 224, and 240. All other values are rejected.
