Canceling or rescheduling a delayed fax transmission

To cancel or reschedule a delayed fax transmission, complete the following:

1.Select Display Fax Queue and press Enter. The Fax Queue screen appears.

Jobs in the fax queue include jobs waiting to be sent and jobs that failed to be sent for any reason. ªFailedº jobs can be rescheduled as described in step 2.

If the fax queue is empty, a dialog displays the message, ªFax queue is empty.º Press Enter to proceed.

2.Do one of the following:

·To cancel a fax job, select it and press Delete. Confirm you want to cancel the job by pressing Y, then press Enter.

·To reschedule a fax job, select it and press Enter. If the job is not a broadcast fax, go to step 3. If the job is a broadcast fax, a menu appears asking whether you want to Reschedule or Display Broadcast List. Select Reschedule.

3.A menu appears on which you can set the Time to Send to either Now or Delay:

·To send the fax job immediately, select Now and press Enter. The rescheduled fax job is sent immediately.

·To set a new time for the delayed transmission, select Delay and press Enter.
